International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) is looking for a consultant ASAP in the Africa region (preferably Nairobi based) to support our work under our DFID funded research project on male SRHR. This work will include the following: · Supporting IPPF Africa Regional Office and a number of IPPF's country Member Associations in Africa to undertake research on male SRHR needs, and their attitudes to the SRHR needs of others. · Working with these Associations on the research outcomes to build staff capacity and understanding on male SRH needs/men as partners, and to better address these issues within our existing work and programmes · Developing research reports outlining the findings from the research, and recommendations for future practice. · Creating an IPPF regional plan of action to take the research findings forward and further build the capacity among the IPPF African Regional Office and Member Associations to better address the SRH needs of men and boys (particularly through services). Can you recommend anyone that may be able to undertake this work? If so, I would be extremely grateful if you could send their name and email address (and CV if possible) to me.
